Clean, well equipped, staff were great and the perfect location!

We we unable to make it down due to the Auckland flooding and state of emergency. Staff were so kind and quick to review our circumstances and waiver the entire cancellation fee. Erica was so helpful in giving me all the information I needed for check ins and cancellation. Excellent staff management and customer service. Will definitely be rebooking again soon.

Great location to be in for getting into the Mount action, walk to the Mount, Beach, Pilot Bay, shops,eateries.Friendly staff at the anchorage. Great to have underground parking.Nice to stay in a bit of luxury. Very comfortable beds, good layout, nice to have a balcony, sky, complex gym, pool etc.Our particular apartment had no air-conditioning which is a significant minus in summer. Also alot of street noise especially since we had to leave open balcony doors and windows for ventilation.Mt Maunganui is a great destination. We were surprised by a regular number of anti social youths/people who were regularly wandering the streets at all hours.Generally a good area though.

Why is Google calling this place a 4 stR hotel? How can I report false information. It is furtherest from a hotel you can get - poor service and poor product for over priced charges. Do your research before choosing this place.

It appears to be what were retirement units for old people but now being let out as hotel rooms. It's very simple and basic and feels like it hasn't been touched since about the 80s. Very close to the Mount though, which is a bonus. I recommend you unplug your fridge if you don't want to be woken up in the middle of the night by hideous buzzing noises. Parking was provided, and the key fob gets you around everywhere, it's not a terrible place to stay, but I'd rather pick somewhere else before I had to go here again.
