Pizza Hut Upper Hutt
Stopped going here. Pizza Hut was our go to for a large family however it's severely gone down hill since they moved locations. Delivery has items missing, try order online and half the menu is not available ... The last 2 orders I went in store and it's below average! We've switched to Domino's!

Pizza Hut Upper Hutt
A long time since I have had Pizza Hut 'Pizza'. Obviously strong competition has forced them to improve meat quantity, taste and more cheese. This Pizza was an improvement over my last one. The customer service was also very good.

Pizza Hut Upper Hutt
Just Bad customer service.It shows the employees just don’t really want to work there.The girl who served me.Wasn’t polite. Pizza took forever.I was in the shop waiting for it.Never got my name called to collect it.When I went to ask about my pizza. it clearly had been sitting for a while it was cold.Never going back there.

Pizza Hut Upper Hutt
I have ordered apricot chicken pizza of $21 today and got just cheesy chicken pizza without sliced off.when I ring them they simply said the only thing which we missed is the apricot sauce and slicing the pizza.They were not even ready to apologise or to replace my Pizza .Poor customer service and attitude from the staff.It’s not a free service, we paid for the pizza.

Absolutely shockingAfter ordering online, we got the cheesy bites meal deal. After returning home (a 15 minute drive away from the Upper Hutt branch) we found out the cheesy bites Italian pizza was not what we ordered, just a regular pizza with salami and olives.We went back to complain, and were greeted with the rudest teen you can imagine and were told “we don’t have a machine to make this” “you’ll get a refund for it” (yeah right)Then told her co-worker “I don’t earn enough to deal with this shit”With a line of customers complaining about pizzas not being delivered (1 1/2 hour delays etc)To the new owners, just do better. But I guess it doesn’t matter, I’ll never go back and I’m assuming most of UH are onto your game

Happily take your money yet fail to deliver the pizzas!Placed an order, received a confirmation email for delivery 1 hour later. 3 hours later no pizza no contact. Staff would not answer the phone.Drove to the store, not busy.Asked for a refund, staff said cant give a refund as theres no manager on site. Yet another customer instore said, they refunded a customer a few minutes ago"Staff lie and steal your money.Will be going to commerce commission."

The pizza here is always so good. They do my favourite pizza for a great price and it always tastes consistently delicious.But, the service and atmosphere is always so bad at the Upper Hutt pizza hut. I feel sorry for people who don't order online, there's never anyone at the till. And even when someone does come to the till they act like it's their first day on the job.Good pizBad customer service

I tried calling before hand to place my order, no one answered my numerous calls and when I arrived it took about 15 minutes to get my order taken, it appeared there was only 1 person working who just focused on making the pizza and ignored waiting customers. I wanted to leave earlier but it was a treat for my son who really wanted Pizza Hut" pizza. Will definitely stick to Domino's or Hell's for our next pizza."

Have always prefered Pizza Hutt and found their pizzas so yum! Had a few issues trying to order it Friday night but it was sorted Saturday. Super friendly manager in Upper Hutt Pizza Hutt. Went above and beyond and had some amazing pizza. Will definitely be back
