Be very careful before using these builders, They came to do modifications to our home and literally destroyed everything. They had chances to fix things and made the modifications worse. They put a gate up and that twisted within weeks and wasn't in line it's completely out and not leveled broke storm water pipe left it and didn't say anything we're having it completely rendone and fixed through another company,left massive saw marks in windows, paint and scratches and brand new safty glass. They blame there workers. Absolutely appaling builders. Don't go near this place for your home.

I have used Bower builders since my earth quake repairs. They are always available helpful and efficient .My home is old and needs maintenance continually . This can be a can of worms however Bower builders always make it as painless as possible and have great exsperance In the industry ,that they share , so I can choose the right options .I would and do recommend them for the job .

Still waiting over 3 months for a quote for an extension from Johnnie.Said he would send it when he gets back to the office but he must have so much work on he just doesnt need any more. Weekly emails and phone calls are ignored by him and the office lady

Very unhappy with our small ensuite bathroom, complete renovation quality. A 4 week job turned into a 5 month long saga. Everything was stripped out to start fresh for a guarantee of a best possible finish, that made no difference in the end. Walls were not made flat or plumb, with variations up to 12 mm, which made for a very poor fitting of Engelfield Shower to the wall. The shower leaked due to poor fit. Was fixed with lots of silicon sealer. Painters made poor finish after after multiple attempts, this went on for weeks, still very poor painting in the end. Even after completion" I had to scrub paint off the new flooring and towel railings! These are just some of the poor quality work results! I hate to say it

So we had these master builders put a little cottage of 35 square meters on piles for us and a little deck for the back door and we were charged just shy of 19k inc. I since then have had a couple of builders and a house removal contractor look at it and all have told me I was ripped, and way over charged. The deck put in isn't flat it lays into the building the little concrete pad for the steps all of about 1200mm long by 250mm is not flat quite literally slapped in without a level. The pile layout were not put in square to the building, the builders had the plans and we made sure the building was on site so they could double check from the plans to the cottage to check for variation between the two. And the owner just wanted to blame the guy that didn't work for him anymore. My overall experience with these master builders isn't all that good and they won't be coming back we have found another builder.

First class is the only way to describe the service I've had from Bowers Builders. We had some quite extensive work done through the company and the work has been value for money, conscientious and quality work. And that's been through the disruptions of Covid-19 and supply side delays no fault of theirs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bowers Builders especially because of their honesty.
