Decent stay. Free glow worms tour was awesome and really appreciated. However they could really do with another kettle to boil the water as you can’t drink the tap water.

We stayed for a night in a powered site. Got to choose our spot which I liked.Cheap laundry, hot showers and in a bush setting. The owner took us for a free glow worm walk and it was a great experience. Fantastic service. We certainly hope to come back.

Good value powered sites in a quiet area just up the hill from the local shops. Bathroom block was clean, and dump station on site. Unfortunately tap water for the town has to be boiled currently but would probably stay here again if passing through

We used a powered site for our caravan. The parking area is spacious enough for overnight stays and in close proximity to the main shopping area. The staff were very accommodating when we had to leave a day early due to a pet emergency. The facilities are modern enough.

We showed up after the longest day we had while driving in NZ. It was around 8PM, the owner was still there checking us in, told us how to see the glacier inthemorning, gave us a map of the area and offered a glow worm tour at 9PM. The next morning he made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. The other staff we met were friendly and polite also. Can't say enough good things about this establishment. I hope we pass through there again.

V nice powered campervan park. Next to holiday lodge. Showers and kitchen area. Free glow worm tour at 8.30pm each night! Totally worth it. Suggestion to owner- please turn bright lights off later at night! They shine into the campervans and ruin the view of the starry night sky! :)

Our favourite holiday park in New Zealand. Facilities are new, clean and spacious. Nice hot shower. Owner very friendly and helpful, and gave us an amazing glow worm walk for free. I think we saw a thousand of the glow worms! Will definitely return if we ever come to this area again. (By the way, the jigsaw puzzles in the common room seemed to be mixed up, which was the only thing I could nitpick!)

The rooms were immaculate, warm and had everything that we needed. Pictures according to what is on the internet. The owner took us to see the glow worms near the lodge at night, which was a wonderful experience. Service was excellent, 10/10. Plenty of tea, chocolate and coffee to drink. I totally recommend staying here. I’ll definitely come back in the future

The room is spacious and clean, equipped with an electric blanket and a Master bathroom heater to keep us warm. The kitchen is also tidy and stocked with breakfast essentials like bread and eggs.Additionally, this property features a wide courtyard with stunning views of the Milky Way. We took numerous amazing pictures!!Besides, we highly recommends to join the free short hike offered by the host to see glow worms, which is a better value than other self-funded activities we've previously done.Overall, this place offers excellent value.Highly recommended and definitaly will come back!!!

Campervan Park was excellent. Our host took anyone wanting to go Free on a short hike to see glow worms (photo) kitchen and bathrooms clean but competitive at prime times. Good Value and excellent location. Mr Lee very helpful.
