I can’t thank you enough for flying my dog safely to Australia from New Zealand.Especially during this challenging time with Covid.Karen’s made it happen.Her communication and updates were great and to know our dog was with someone who so kind and caring made me feel at ease.Karen even sent us photos of Harry enjoying a walk with her before his trip.I would absolutely use them again.Thank you

Karen has been absolutely incredible with helping us with Pluto, our 3 year old Lab. She oversaw the entire process of bringing Pluto all the way from New Zealand to Dubai !The entire process, admin and paperwork is exhausting and overwhelming but Karen handled it brilliantly and her communication throughout the process was impeccable.I don't have enough words to thank her.There were way more challenges with Pluto's travel than expected - Emirates were not taking pets from NZ directly to Dubai so Karen organised for Pluto to travel from Nz to Aussie and then to Dubai.I would give a billion stars and more for rating to Move My Pet if I could.Thank you Karen !

We can't thank Karen enough for her help with transporting our girl Remi from Queenstown to Sydney.I was extremely stressed at the thought of putting our 10month old pup on 2 separate flights to be able to move to Sydney, but Karen helped us through everything and took so much of that stress away.It was extremely comforting to know that Remi's stay in ChCh over night, before her international flight, was in a warm home with caring people, and not in an overnight kennel. She even got taken on walks and to the beach for the very first time!Thank you so much for your help and for taking care of our girl.
