Very helpful checked old battery and purchased a new battery at a price i thought was very good compared to what i thought i may have to pay attendant made sure terminals were correct in relation to old battery great stuff Newport.

Very poor customer service .. up sellingDon’t know what they do to be honestNever go to this place ,u will be ripped offHighly substandard service .I have used them for my friend’s car aircon issues.They quoted $3000But I got it fixed at another shop for 800$If u need to be ripped off ,go to NEWPORT auto electricals ,Hastings

The staff were awesome. I turned up just before they closed with a busted trailer and tail lights after a tire blow out and they did everything they could to get me legal again. Including staying after hours. Absolute legends.

Poor service, and overpriced. I had a fault with my passenger door central locking and told them all the details. They returned my car with $115 invoice for using a diagnostic tool which is a 5minute job. They did not follow up to re-book to fix the problem. I was unsatisfied but would not get a refund and told i would go elsewhere.

Need a brake controller fitted in car was very helpful and happy to fit in straight away. Unlike the first place I took vehicle too had it for a day and still wasn’t done. Highly recommended.

I cannot thank these guys enough, who got my car up and running in such a short amount of time. I went to them with a faulty alternator and they ordered the part and fitted it the next day, even staying later to get work done as it was a bit more difficult than expected. They gave a great price, unbeatable and I was so thankful I could get back on the road to my next job. Thanks everyone!
