Good department / building supplies store.They have most things you'll need for doing anything round the house from plants to plaster.Friendly staff that are more than helpful, quick to help you find what you need.Prices are usually the best out of these types of stores, their website lists most things they have and you can check stock.

Brilliant store....we got what we needed and the rain poncho we only $2.50 each for were a great hit at Rod Stewart's concert. People liked the thickness of them...so did we, and they also liked how much we paid. They know where to get them now.

You either have a online plant service or you dont...ITS THE PITS SERIOUSLY....90% of all your plants on line aren't in stock... well GOODNESS ME if they are not in stock why are you advertising them...SHEER LAZY quality control of your products. False advertising of products that are not even available ...just a wasted space and waste of countess searching for products that are obsolete...NEED TO UP YOUR GAME OR JUST GO OFF LINE By the way its not only plants its just about all you products... I THINK THE WAREHOUSE IS NZ BEST BET...GO BACK TO AUZZIE

I'd prefer to give this store a 3.5, but not a 4. The store is reasonably well stocked and quite tidy, and the staff are passably helpful and cheerful. But while the prices are OK, I often find they don't have what I want, whereas Mitre 10 usually does. The layout isn't as intuitive as it could be, and parts of the store feel tired". I'm not sure what it is

OK, but items are often out of stock and you can't order online as they only post out from your nearest store not a depot, which is ridiculous! Staff behind the customer service desk are terse and often unhelpful, but otherwise, staff are pretty helpful.

I came here last week and got good service and for once was actually able to find what I was looking for.Unfortunately my previous experiences have not been as good i usually struggle to find anything and when I find the correct area they haven't had what I needed and other then staff at the checkout i usually can't find anyone else to help.
