Booked as somewhere to leave the car overnight. Not secure in the slightest. Fences all broken, easy access to anyone at any time, felt completely unsafe and we couldn't leave the car there. Huge pot holes and uneven gravel. A waste of $30.

Great location, and a great addition to newmarket area. It's also better if use their app to pay for your parking, as the machines aren't working sometimes. Also, this is NOT part of the university staff parking. If you're a member of les mills, there's an allocated parking area for les Mills. Unfortunately, it's one of the most expensive car park - unless if you can get their early bird. Please note that you will effectively drive and park on the rubble, and pool of water. Gives you parking vouchers for using their online service, but you won't be able to use it - it's worse than not giving out the vouchers.

Not very secure and lots of deep puddles when it rains but that's why it's the cheapest monthly parking in the area

Great location and heaps of parking space. They need to update their machine as they only accept credit card and cash. Sometimes card reader does not function well, you need to put your card several times for it to read.

Worst early booking ever, it’s impossible to change dates if you make a mistake and the app says 7.50 daily but you can’t book for that price anywhere, the website charges 20.The phone assistance people don’t help in any way.

Have put prices up to the same as most other places, no longer the cheapest. Be great if the machines worked. They have recently been replaced and are much faster. That is if the card reader decides to work
