This store is same like other macpac stores .i visited it and found out too many nice clothes. Unfortunately clearance stuff didn't have my size . Staff is quite and helpful. Alot of parking just outside the store. Worth a visit.

Macpac is overall a great company and this particular store has very friendly staff and well laid out racks and displays which makes it so much easier to find the kinds of things your looking for. I love their clothes, especially the ones that help the world in one way or another. Whether that's the donations they make or the way that some of the fabrics are intentionally organic.

Unbelievable !Such things do not happen every day. We bought an amazing and wonderful nautilus tent in Oakland, and it damaged after using it for three weeks. The company replaced it with a new one and saved us the rest of our trip. Many thanks to the company branch and the amazing people who work there. Well done

Terrible customer service...online order arrived and no one contacted me to say it was there...had to chase up tracking just to find out and when I went in to collect the person at the counter was very rude and un apologetic.Definitely don't reccomend this store.
