Ive been here more than 10years . Such a amazing hair salon .

The lady is so nice!!! Like she's the sweetest! She was very gentle with my hair which is very rough and she gently got rid of tangles and gave me a solution to fix my frizzy ness. She performed carotene hair treatment on me for only 130$ which I s very cheap for the treatment very well and my hair is as soft as cotton! Also, if you want hair like jimin from BTS when he runs his hand through his hair, go to this salon and get the carotene performed!

Got a smart haircut by a lovely hairdresser at only $30. No any hurry as she listened to what haircut I wanted and she kept on managing my hair without any hesitation. Loved it.

First experience in this hair salon and I am very satisfied. The lady who cut my hair was welcoming and professional. The main room is spacious and pleasant. Completely satisfied.

All the fond memories of this hair salon became a thing of the past. The hair dresser with limited English pulled my hair, kept scratching my head, face and ears with her hard comb, and blew hair dryer onto my face. When I pointed out the uneven back shown in the mirror, she grudgingly did more trimming. I was expecting another mirror viewing, but she hastily pulled off the aprons and told me “Finished, up.”I’ve been in Auckland for more than 20 years and had enjoyed the excellent service from this salon several times. I went away overseas for a few years, came back expecting the same standard and was hugely disappointed. My friend commented that she thought I went to one of those quick 10 minutes hair salon. Probably I would have received a better hair cut. Time to find a new hair salon.
