The place has been marvelously rearranged...everything is beautifully displayed however although lots of things were reasonably priced the queen bed was bit pricey...but that's just me. Well done staff

Love big op shop.... lots of books if your a book worm!I also saw some very pretty little trinkets and treasures as well.Definitely worth a pop in and who knows what you may find!

Wouldn't bother even going to look at whata available after the courtesy (or lack of), we got when donating stuff.Basically told what we had was rubbish and a cynical comment Rotorua needs to be more responsible for dumping its rubbish rather than dumping it at the Red Cross.She hadn't even looked in our bags and boxes, some the the stuff never been worn nor had tags removed!A very unpleasant and cynical experience. Must be change of manage

Not my go to, not even my top 5. Each item has a different price just confusing and time draining to be honest.Overall experience: pricey

I have been going there for about 7 years very oftern and enjoy buying things there very much.There are nice people who work there .Is there somebody there that is related to my stalker I feel very sorry for you. He is a very nasty man.If you have a stalker call the rotorua police.because stalking is against the law and at times the only way you can stop a stalker.He is so bad he uses people in shops to annoy me and each time I complain to the shop.there was a miss understanding in 1983And he hit me .I rushed and called the police .It's now 2020 and he is still stalking me 37years of stalkingHe needs help badly.He just cant help himself . I have found out a lot information about him and it's all bad.I had to call the police on him twice. Or more times if my stalker keeps stalking me he may end up in prison.No you cant be related to him you people are so nice

A leading example of how a charity op shop should be. Well done Red Cross. You have friendly sweet staff. I love that there is no fancy shop layout - Perfect for those that love to rummage around. The pricing is very reasonable, if not great! Found a few things for myself, and the hubby. Thanks again, will be back one day.

My favorite place to visit when I am in town.Never know what you can find. Staff are very nice and friendly.
