went there for WOF occasionally, failed WOF for suspension. The guy showed me the issues and I don’t think think that’s an issue as he said, but I’m not the expert then I went to others and I was right. Nothing critical! They make money for cheap WOF and fail u for other services.

Absolutely appalling service and huge waste of time. I called and booked my car in for a wof on the Friday for the next monday. Got there and was told it would be a 3 hour wait and that my booking had not been noted. I came back 3 hours later and had my wof done which failed. I was told that 2 of 3 of the repairs could be done the next day and left my car overnight. They called me at 12pm the next day saying the car was ready to be picked up. I arrived later in the afternoon to find that nothing on the car had been fixed regardless of it being kept there the entire day and them telling me it would be ready. The owner ordered in the wrong part and had to reorder while also not attending the other repair because he was 'waiting' for a completely different repair part to arrive. He asked that I come back the next day which was out of the question. Clearly this shop is overbooked and out of their depth re their time frames and service standards. Don't visit this shop, waste of time and money

I would highly recommend this mechanical garage very good service, good pricing, and can do attitude.

If I use only one word to defıne this place, it would definitely be trap". There are ad on the road it says "WOF $25" which is correct for first WOF and they are very welcome and cheap in the first service. However if you go second time they highly likely trying to find problems to charge you with unfair prices. For example a bulp is $25 + GST

I have been going to Bassam and his team for around 7 years. He is honest and always explains the reasoning for any work done. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are fair and affordable. On top of that he is a nice man to deal with. I can't recommend him highly enough!!

I took my car in to B&M Auto Repairs after receiving a terrifyingly high quote from Toyota when it failed its warrant. B&M were not only significantly cheaper, they were faster and had better service. Bassam and his team were kind, professional and so helpful. They took very good care of my car. Highly, highly recommend!

Anyone who has a big sign outside their store advertising $25 for a WOF and then charges you $30, claiming it doesn't include GST is just innately dishonest. Particularly when GST should only account for a bill of $28.75. It took them a full 4 hours to perform a simple WOF, despite booking an appointment in advance. On top of that they failed me on a number of unnecessary things that don't need doing, half of which would cost a pretty penny. Steer clear of these guys if you ask me.

Great mechanic, genuine people. I had my WOF done here last year and they even fixed up a couple long standing cosmetic issues with the car for cheap. I live nearby (less thank 1km) and recently my car battery died and I could not open the bonnet due to being parked under a storage locker underground, nor shift it into N to roll it out. The mechanic came over to me in the next half hour after calling, helped me jump start the car and made sure I was able to drive it to their workshop where they diagnosed it straight away and replaced the battery for minimal cost and good to go. Highly recommend!
