HELL Pizza Upper Hutt
Have delivery from here (very) often and occasionally pick up orders. There is a small seating area but I rarely see people eating in or out. The staff are friendly and the food is consistently excellent. Fresh and warm and I’ve not had any missing items or cold items like other pizza places in the area. I think they keep this store up to the standard that you expect from the brand. I know what I’ll be getting so that makes it my ‘go to.’

For a fast food pizza chain, the pizza is decent. However, it is way more expensive than the competition. Regardless the competitors it is overpriced.

A little pricey but always tasty and good quality pizzas, great customer service, delivery was 10 minutes late but was compensated for a free delivery next time which easily made up for the small issue.

The young blonde woman working Friday night at the counter was absolutely lovely when there was an error with my order causing it to be delayed 30 mins.

Friendly staff and good food as you would expect from Hells. The Meyhem was delicious as were the loaded fries. The place was very clean out the back unlike some pizza places. Very nice would go back again.

Food is always good at Hell Upper Hutt but I usually just order for delivery. Today we went in and the amount of flies was overwhelming.

Overpriced food that is nothing special to be frank...I would be better putting the money into something worth eating such as a pizza with sufficient cheese, hash sticks that weren't laden with grease & wedges that were actually hot & crisp rather than tepid & soggy....the staff were good though, but that doesn't quite make up for the food that wasnt up to standard. I guess I now remember why I haven't been back here in a long time...lesson learnt!
