Feeling at a crossroads, I approached Malin not knowing whether I needed coaching" or "counselling"

Attending some sessions with Malin has been one of the best decisions I ever made.I was feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, trapped and misunderstood. It took time and patience but with Malin’s help and support I was able to find a path that steered me away from constant conflict and pain and into a far more stable and harmonious atmosphere.
