We first built with Wilson Designer Homes back in 2019. We were so happy with the build and process that they are now building for us again. Michael and the team have been great to deal with. They were extremely flexible and accomodating working with the land we already had. Always had excellent communication and quick responses for any questions we had. They made the whole process smooth and stress free - even through the pandemic. Would highly recommend!

We had the pleasure working alongside Michael and the team building our first home. We were impressed with the great communication the whole way. The team and the sub contractors were friendly and helpful. Our house is everything we could have imagined, and the workmanship was A+. We contacted Michael in regards to our ideas / budget to build a home. Michael acted quickly to find multiple sections and sent us house plans to fit within our budget / scope.We picked the land and met with their selected draftsman to design our home which was all included in the price!Once the Council consents were issued the build started immediately and the team were happy to answer any questions.From concrete pad down to move in date was six months even during an Omicron pandemic. Justine and the crew worked tirelessly to ensure we could move in as soon as possible due to the sale of our previous house.We absolutely love our home and are so grateful to have been hand-held throughout the entire process. We found a space to build on, and then needed to find a building company to work with us on our forever home. Of all those we researched / spoke with about our plans, Michael Wilson and his team really listened to what our ideas were, gave us options and explained things we needed to be aware of. We didn't feel pressured to select a pre-designed plan, or choose from something that was already in their system and work from that. Every detail was discussed, and the process kept on track with great communication.This company really listens, and puts the client at the centre of all they do. From working on the design, the council process, the timings, navigating a covid lock down, the supply shortages, to completing our home, we worked together as a team and navigated any challenges as they occurred. The one trend which stood out was the positive, cheerful mindset the team all have, even with challenges, it's always a quick response and working on the best result / outcome. The result is just stunning, and we highly recommend Wilson Designer Homes.
