Hi Flo Pumps

Cant give less then this. Poor communication, I was over charged and when complained, rather explaining me why I have to pay disputed amount, I received threatening emails, really disappointed by whole process.

Geoff and the guys at Hi Flo are awesome. Good old fashioned customer service you rarely see nowadays. Quality advice. Well done Hi Flo.

My household water pump failed late on a Sunday afternoon leaving us without water.I called a 24/7 service agent and was quoted $349 call-out fee plus parts. Figuring the final bill could be around half the cost of a new one, I took my pump in to work Monday morning hoping that as we were without water, there would be a shop on the North Shore willing and able to offer a same-day repair.Unfortunately not.I phoned all the shops on Google and they either didn't have workshop facilities and/or their techs priortised call-outs. The best offer (after quite a bit of to and fro) was repair the next day. :-(My final call was to the Grundfos agent in Albany. The man I spoke to immediately understood and empathised with my predicament (a family already 12 hours without water and counting) and recommended I call HiFlo Pumps.A great recommendation!Right from the get-go they were understanding and accommodating. The Service Manager, Charles Elgar, said if I brought my pump in, they would diagnose the fault and if repairable, do so there and then.I arrived at HiFlo Pumps 30 minutes later and Charles suggested I go for a coffee and come back in 40 minutes and he'd have an answer for me.After all the stress, coffee sounded like a good idea, and 40 minutes later I came back to find my pump repaired and waiting for me! And a fair and honest bill too!Wow! Now that's what I call REAL customer service!!10/10 and a BIG thank you to Charles and the team at HiFlo Pumps

Household water pump failure, David was incredible, came in the morning rain, finished by noon, the job's heavy and complicated from my sight of view, as the underground pump needs to be replaced plus some other stuffs on wall and joining, couldn't imagine such a efficient job done, really impressive professional David, and thanks Hi Flow!
