Barry, Took over a month to respond to warranty request, refuse to acknowledge fault, modifies unit makes it worse, doesn't respond to emails. Said unit would turn off at temperature, but never does and starts blowing cold air...told me if it wasn't fixed to give it a month and get back to him...very slow and very poor customer service in my opinion..would not recommend realcold or gree heatpumps at all
