We engaged this companies rural lifestyle specialist to market our property. We paid good coin for advertising and approx 35 people viewed the property. The agent seemed really excited about just one particular purchaser and kept harping on how he was a cashed up buyer. As we expected, at close of tender the agent only presented us with one offer from this particular potential purchaser, that was a million dollars under the agents appraised value for the land. We terminated our dealings with this agent (clown) and company shortly thereafter. Six months later on the company's website our title is listed as sold by the agent when no reasonable offers were made or accepted.
