Rudest staff ever met.Rushed whole time wasn’t helpful the man was super nasty and made out everyone to feel dumb in the store.Hair in our food, wrong salads didn’t ask what bread I wanted and gave me what he wanted. Didn’t have any manners.Subway kaikoura need to check there staff won’t recommend to anyone

Came in just before closing as everything else in town was closed. They had extremely fast service and made a great subway sandwich. The view while waiting is not too bad either. Arguably the best subway store in NZ.

The subway was fine, I understand it can be stressful around busy times but this shouldn't result in a drop of quality. The sub we received was low in standard, despite asking for 3 sauces the sub tasted as though there was none and it was very messy. There was an lady in her 50s maybe serving and she was very stressed and seemed a little rude to the customers, hopefully it will be better the next time we pass through!

Great staff , great fresh food and clean tidy welcoming restaurant. We often go to subway around Nz but this one gets our choice for best Subway NZ

Stingy on vegetables (I’m talking like 6 grates of carrots) on a 6inch. Although I had no issue with customer service the food was very expensive compared to other subways around NZ. (Perhaps all subways haves increased prices but nearly $18 for a sub wow)

Understand your busy but people appreciate a well made sandwich rather than getting out the door quickly. Heating the chicken and bacon should be easy enough. Depressed staff and terrible sub.

Of all the subways I've been to this 1 has the least appeal of them all. The service was average at best food ok smoothie too watery. Not a good experience at all.

This is the worst subway experience I’ve ever had they threw my tostie and got mad when I asked for it on white bread. They need to work on the way they treat customers and the food was not even heated when I asked for toasted. I would never recommend anyone coming to this subway
