Tonight I ordered 3 Share Boxes and my burgers were so Hard and dry but the only employee that i really appreciate giving me good Service Is James and Mele I can tell that these two employees are so hardworking one time I slipped in front of the Restaurant and they helped me so Thanks to these two Employees.

This maccas is the bestest, cleanest, fastest, fast food place in the west. I order a big mac, I pay, get my big mac all within. Lincoln Rd would be in 1st place but it loses 1/4 of a star because of it's location on the of the worst roads in all of Auckland aka Great North Road.

Customer service is okay, is slow most days to approach customers at bench or even drive thru. Most times missing something like apple pies, burgers, fries or kids toys but can’t be bothered ringing to complain cos no one picks up the phone or you get the look like really are you sure. Bag out window is no more at Mcdees and you need your production bin back for faster service but whose taking note. There are a lot of people out there that feel the same way but can’t be bothered cos most time head office doesn’t care and neither do the managers so what’s the use. Uber eats needs their own counter and workers to assemble and bag but who am I kidding. Only because there could be 3 Uber eats customers vs 4 front counter customers but Uber eats always gets first preference. The restaurant is always unclean and so you need enough workers to clean lobby not only the special needs workers but also any crew person who can work with them and make it cool and fun. I like how macdees works with anyone in the community but where they work that makes it productive for all.

Possibly the worst Maccas I've been to. Nothing against the staff at all. I live close to this place so have been multiple times & more often than not there is some issue. For a new shop it should be better. The number of times there's been problems with the screens is a joke. People standing there poking & prodding and then realizing they're not working. How hard is it to stick a sign on the machine saying Out of Order" so the public know not to waste their time?? This has happened on multiple occasions and upon mentioning it to a staff member once she said something like "we're always having trouble with them". Management need to sort it. No soft serve on a Friday night in the summer!? No cold drinks available on another!? I'm sure there's more that I've forgotten too. Been to much busier Maccas that operate better than this place. Could and should do better.Returned here 6 weeks after my original review

Tidiest McDonald's I have ever visited. Possibly because it's new but it is still the first time I have been to a McDonald's in years that does not have filthy loos or that has clean tables.Also actually got unsalted chips when I ordered themKeep up the good work.

Drive through takes ridiculously too long at peak hour times. Trying to get in is abit tricky not enough space when you got people coming out of car park and out of drivethrough. Food is like every other macdonalds, cold & oily, occasional good batch.Only good thing is location and customer service.

Don't bother upgrading to large this all you get, plus its cold, useless staff and management.P.s: This isn't the first order to be screwed up, so, for anyone going to this branch be prepared to have your order messed up 3/5 times, so annoying.Uber Eats, doesn't care either, if you report your issue it goes unnoticed, so i advise you not to go here or order from Uber eats, there are plenty of other places around the area that would be much better for your time, money, and experience.

Arrived 2pm on Sunday. Nice new building. Lots of automated ordering. Nice staff but understaffed? and filthy. Tables and seats and floor pretty much covered in food, oil and spilt drink.Decided to eat in the car...

There is never any parking due to the Uber drivers taking it all. Service is extremely slow and can take half an hour just to get your meal. They prioritise Uber eats and hence the poor service. If a person actually takes the time out of their day to come into the restaurant to eat then the least that Maccas could do is show that person some good customer service and serve them in a timely manner not stick them at the bottom of the list behind Uber.
