I believe it is by far a very amazing place and it's where I always go with my HPK Special Olympics Athletics Club, when we get invited to a Tauranga Special Olympics Athletics Competition Tier 1 event (normal ribbon day) and it's the only venue to in Tauranga to hold an Athletics, Track and Field Competition, and I would again give that place a 10 out of 10.

Easy access with a range of organised events that take place here, like tennis, lawn bowls etc not to forget mentioning the running track, multiple sporting fields, childrens play grounds and toilet access. Nice place to stop by if you need to park your car and take a break.

A wonderful ambience from our regions most historic and culturally significant location that is very much at risk from the parasitic few in our city that prioritize ego fueled stadiums and their corporate boxes over the environment.

The domain is fantastic, thanks to all the hard work the local sports clubs have done. Shame the Tauranga city commissioners are trying to take it away from the public. We need an elected council. They are a joke
