Wow shockingly rude customer service on the phone. Interrupted me in the middle of the sentence and hung up on. Called back but again but she seems not beeing interested in finding solutions for customers.

Terrible customer service.Been waiting months for information on a bag sealing machine. Save yourself some time and go with another supplier.

Supplied faulty product, agreed it was faulty, then wouldn't refund 50% deposit. Unethical company. Do not use.
