The best a Countdown could be, especially handy next to the airport, clean tidy and not too busy. No M&S though will it ever be.

Sadly when any countdown expects me to process my products by self checkout, they will lose me as a customer. Why? Impersonal, anticipating computer savi and NO reduction in charges for self serve.Finally why do all the big sites bother to put in 6 to 8 normal check outs?

Sadly this is my default store for delivery which I avoid at all costs but covid made me do it. Multiple out of stocks, reduced range and appears to mod expensive than my local countdown. Not a store for locals

Not the cheapest place to shop, but very convenient, close to the airport, close to Burnside, parking is never an issue, on balance, it's a winner.Love the Spitfire Square, plenty of dining opportunities... whatever your taste...

Has what you need and is convenient if you’re staying near by, I’m not familiar with NZ prices however I did feel like it was generally hiked up because of its destination for basic things.If you have a car or camper, drive to another supermarket near by to do your shop. You might save quite a bit if the items you’re looking for aren’t on special

Very big shopping mall especially for who plan to travel by canpervan dor motorhome, here is a good place to buy your foods and ingredients. There are parking lots for big motorhome and the best part is it's only 5 mins from the CHC airport and car rental offices

Terrible Customer Service I Ever had in New Zealand. checkout operator staff didn’t even greeted “Hi” Or a replied of my Thank you. So unpleasant experience. Could have given -5 stars. Management need a homework on this. Most Unresponsive staff ever
