Great spot even managed to get a park outside the front door. Very helpful staff, my company forgot to book an appointment but they were able to make it on the spot. Very short wait time, clean facilities and I even managed to pass my drug test, top notch.

Helpful staff and a great result

Without a doubt the worst service I have ever received. Was denied a drug test for not wearing a mask despite having a mask exemption. Was told my mask exemption was just a screenshot. My mask exemption is a document sent from the ministry of health designed specifically to fit to a phone screen. This will be taken further with the Ministry of health and the police.

Discrimination. Clearly uniformed. I witnessed two staff members gang up on this man who had a medical condition and a mask exemption. But he was treated unfairly and was not allowed in the building. They both clearly didn't know what they were doing. Neither one of them were even aware of the mask exemptions. I hope these two staff members are held accountable. They know who they are.

Definitely the worst place to go in Hamilton for drug testing. Not sure if all TDDA's are like this but the staff here need to be aware of illegally turning people away for having a mask exemption for health reasons. Now I'm not sure how up their roles are in the company so maybe the higher up staff didn't know about the mask exemptions or didn't communicate it to their staff. Whatever the scenario may be, these staff were clearly unaware of the mask exemptions and very angrily enforced someone to leave the premises wrongly so as he had an official mask exemption from the ministry of health. Both staff members need to be held to account.
