We brought watches from them multiple times, reasonably priced watches and very good customer service.

I have requested them to repair my watch but after 3 attempt my watch still running slow and they are giving stupid reason that there is environmental issue. Still my watch is setting with them and following up from last 5 to 6 months.I can not understand this logic at all, and after insisting them somehow they kept and agreed to sent twice to GUESS head office australia and again they didn't find any problem.I have really gone through lots of hassles and inconvenience dealing with these people.When I was buy new stuff then staff behaviour was very friendly and professional but when I went to return then service has changed 360 degree angle.I have really bad experience with Passcode and I will not recommend to anyone in my circle.

Star rating purely based on customer service.The girl who served me clearly had no clue how to sell anything and seemed like she was high or something. Very disinterested and lacked manners.Please train your staff better Pascoes.

Loved our experience shopping here,, however a bit behind with store merchandising.Had a great a service from the lady with hijab, but her manager…This Keryn hairstyle looking person, treats her staff with no manners. Throwing stuff and looks at you dead in the eye, as if you’re about to steel stuff!!Get a new manager, she’s not the right fit

The customer service is on point and loved the gift I purchased.

My son Casio Baby G watch need a replacement strap, I got referred from Casio to head down to a local Pascoe store to order a replacement. However we were told by the girl at the counter that if the watch was not purchased from them, they are not going to help or assist in obtaining a replacement strap. They are not doing any favor to Casio either with such a poor response, I felt their customer service is clearly lacking behind other competitor.

Went into here today, staff member definitely needed training she was so lost and didn't know where items whereI was standing in front of the gold necklaces and asked her for a certain type of gold necklace but she didn't know what is was and went to look in the silver area for it lol i ended up leaving the store

I had a good experience with this store. They allowed me to return a ring which had lost a stone and replaced it with a brand new one (after I showed my bank transaction). That is pretty standard but it had been months since I bought it from that same store and didn't have the original receipt. I found them to have good products and very pleasant staff.

Great team and very helpful as well.
