Very obnoxious man that is the owner,sorry for trying to be a paying customer.trying to support local small businesses.however after my experience with the owner,decided to take my custom and money to another company.please remember respect and customer service starts from initial introduction.very poor service.feel sorry for the English lady on reception.she was nice.

Done a great job replacing my Hiace windscreen. Was referred here by a few people due to the good service and knowledge. Will be referring others here also. Thanks

I can not find any fault with this company or its service. I interacted with 4 different people and everyone was helpful and happy. I highly recommend their service.

Had a large stone chip in widescreen when crossing bridge in Te Puke today, called in at their lunchtime to ask if chip could be repaired, they put down their lunch & fixed the chip & was back on the Rd in 45minsFantastic service by a very professional team. Awesome thanks guys

What a horrible experience i had this morning, the father of the owner was rude and very aggressive over the phone, he hung up on me so i went in there to face him. I have never ever been talked to like this by someone in business ever, i will gladly take all my business to Tauranga in future, Te Puke Glass is not the only people who sell glass Alex....you need a huge attitude adjustment or leave the business to your son and keep your rude aggressive nose out of it for your son's sake...shame i have to give one star to post this...it should be NO star. Te Puke is a small town and businesses with rude people do not last because there are plenty of other glaciers in Tauranga...Update...we need a glazier....hmmm Mount glass do not charge traveling time and have great reviews...see Alex, it has started already all from you being rude and aggressive because you think you have a captive market in Te Puke. Strange, no response from the owner...wonder why you think?

Quick, friendly and efficient service, process was seamless from first point of contact to installation, Would definitely recommend.
