Lovely staff! I've never had any problems here, but I do only use it as a backup for the dryer or washing blankets and quilts or bulk washing!

They know what they're doing. They're reliable, flexible and affordable all at the same time. All I do is leave my cloths and pick up later on the same day or next. The rest, I leave to them. Yes, that includes detergent and softener (of course, that's optional). Works great for me considering I don't have any wait time here. For obvious reasons, it's busier during weekends. Very few laundromats in Auckland offer this service. If you try once, you may not think about doing your laundry any other way.

If you realize now they are now charging extra $1.50 - $2.00 for taking out the washing, putting it in the dryer and than in the bag.Upon asking if the staff keep that money as they are doing the hard work. The answer was NO IT ALL GOES TO THE BOSS.Not good

One guy working there said we don't provide drop off service. You have to put you clothes in the machine yourself!! Yes you do!Also he made fun of my handwriting! Who are you? My teacher??Oversmart D-head!!

I had a bad experience with this business today. one of my branded clothes was not returned, one of the staff were not understanding and did not accept responsibility but instead suggested me to use a different laundromat. Not good customer service and i won't be back. Thanks for your rude behavior.
