Dreadful company in every way.They have lost approx 75 % of their staff, & the staff remaining are hopeless & the horrible men. no person would want to deal with.The service team are crocks & can not be trusted or inflating peoples bills.The Wairarapa people I have spoken too say they have the worst reputation in town & I can see why.

Great experience with first visit, staff was super friendly and helpful. Although the second visit the Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and had quite an attitude when asked any questions and very snappy with her answers. Was not impressed

Excellent service and excellent customer service bought a new chainsaw a year ago and another one just before Christmas and the service was excellent
