Such amazing service! So friendly and helpful! They found a fault in a recent screen replacement and not only took and emailed me photos but they notified me instantly the moment they saw me, they returned my old battery in the new ones box when picking up my phone (as I had gone in for a battery replacement that had been broken from the repairer fixing my screen)These guys were amazing in comparison! Quick, amazing communication, helpful, good price and efficient! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!

Terrible service!!AVOID AT ALL COSTSI had a screen replacement on s20 ultra 3 weeks ago which cost $500 then less than 2 weeks later the glue to hold the back on had started to peal away so moisture had got in and now it won't even turn on.I took it back and explained everything to them but all that had to say was the warranty didn't cover water damage.As they refuse to take any responsibility for the poor workmanship and say that they can't fix it or replace it I shall be reporting them under the consumer goods act.In total I'm out of pocket $2000, plus the expense of another phone.I hope this can be a lesson for others in what to expect from this companyNot worth the hassle

Staff Jagdish kept us well informed on prices and what else could be fixed. Screen repaired in half an hour and front camera cleaned in the process for no extra charge.
