Hey there.Came and got my lashes done on Tuesday afternoon. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and the Christmas display was beautiful.I don't usually give feedback, but I must admit I'm quite disappointed.I was quite relaxed for the procedure, however I felt the technician wasn't with me. She wasn't ready or organized, left the room three times to go and get what was needed. She also left the room to ask for a music change, which I didn't care about.The website says it's an hour to an hour and a half, I left at 2.30 after my 1.30 appointment time, minus the in and out of the room, the technician wasn't doing my lashes for the whole time.I didn't feel like the technician was fully focused with me in this appointment. It was very scattered and unorganized.Unfortunately many of the lashes have fallen off and come off when I've been gentle brushing. These aren't my first lashes, and I have followed your instructions to a t.They don't look good at all, they look about what I would expect after around three weeks. Very unfortunate. I have sent a short video for you to see.I sent this feedback on the 17th November, no one has responded.

Excellent Massage from Sam. One of the best I've had. Very relaxing and refreshing. Very professional staff and really friendly. The inside was warm and inviting. This was my first time at Korrene Robinson Skincare and I will definitely be going back. I would recommend to anyone.

Very pathetic experience ...I did my electrolysis last week on jaw line area...it was so awful ....my most of the hairs remained... although girl took 15 minutes for electrolysis treatment but it seemed nothing.... High price but not worth it....will not go there again and continue my treatment from Elizabeth Palmer wanganui...their services are far better.

Courtney did my ball Makeup today and she did a fantastic job! Very enjoyable to be around, had some really good conversations too. highly recommend!! thank youedit: the makeup lasted me from 3pm to midnight

Can not rate highly enough! Classy, elegant, exceptional service from beginning to end. If you want to leave feeling like a Queen (or King) this is the place to come. I arrived feeling very flat and down and left feeling on top of the world. Thank you so much!!!

Lovely place. Had my brows laminated there and was nervous about the results but Bel was very reassuring and took great care of me. Will definitely go back for more treatments.

Korrene is always a pleasure to deal with. I am in Australia and she has helped me make my mother in laws birthdays and mothers every year, with lovely massages and facials, She thoughtful and so kind even writing a card for me to put in with the voucher MIL loves her place and really looks forward to being pampered by Korrene at least twice a year.Thank you so much Korrene

I came in for a 75 minute appointment and left within an hour. Spent a lot of money for an experience that was sub-par. Very disappointed. I’ve also had no reply to an email I sent regarding this matter. Wont be going back or recommending.Update: I sent another email to ask if it had been received. The reply was extremely rude, ignorant and condescending. I’m not one to complain but this experience was a total fail so thought I wld let them know. I have nothing good to say about this business now.
