I gave 1 star just so I could get to the next step to comment. My grandaughter had her 5th birthday yesterday my son spent $50 and yous took the pizza to the wrong address we tried calling nobody picked up. Mean while my grandaughter had a big birthday party without pizza. Thos is shocking yous need to get i.d. or somebody to sign and check your at the correct address. I don't k lq how you drop it to a house when it was to go to the Frankton club rooms . So mad.

Very poor customer service. Grumpy customer servic agents as if obliging the customer. The standard of pizza has gone down the drains. It felt like I was eating tissue paper dipped in tomato sauce and no cheese. As if they have run out of stock.Please avoid going here at all costs. Hopeless, in one word.

We order one Hawaiian pizza combo and bacon chicken comboThe chips were still frozen and hard coldBoth pizzas weren't up to serving to customers if you ask me.1st the bacon chicken pizza had no bacon nor chicken on it some sort of meatballs no cheese smothered in BBQ sauceThen when we were paying there til didn't have enough change so the cashier asked to give change after the order was readyWe also order puddings that came frozen with no expiry dates.O for customer service 0 for cleanliness

Payed $3 extra for a loaded pepperoni pizza. The picture on the site showed plenty of pepperoni but what I got was an average of 3 pieces of pepperoni per pizza. The picture is of two left over. one piece had surprisingly 4 pieces the other 1 and a half. The pictures they provide are false and should be illegal to falsely advertise like that. If I ordered a normal pepperoni probably be lucky to get 1 piece per slice if any at all.

Placed an order for 3 pizzas and 6:45pm to arrive at 7:15pm. At 7:20 i got a call explaining that it may be up to an hour wait as they are very busy which i explain is fine. however at 8:30 i still had no pizzas or no update so i called the store and they said it would be handled. i call again at 9:15 and am told they will call the driver and see what's going on. 9:50 and nothing and when i call the phone lines have been turned off for the evening. the pizzas never arrived.

Ordered delivery and the driver picked up our order, detoured to KFC for someone else's order and delivered to them before even heading our way. Would be nice to know if they were using Uber Eats drivers for delivery before ordering - if you want your food cold and late, you know where to order from.Also apparently this is a 'Loaded' Hawaiian pizza for an extra $3. It looks pretty regular to me. The pictures show the toppings packed on there.Other pizzas were pretty skint on toppings too

Ordered online for pick up, was ready on arrival and nice and hot. Haiiawian pizza was good,. Margerita pizza wasn't great. Tiny 1 piece of diced tomato on each slice, nothing like the picture on the website, I wouldnt order it again, for that reason 4 stars only. Friendly staff

In what universe is this an XL pizza?! Looks like a standard pizza from back in 2004.Paid for delivery, driver was useless.Food was cold.Would say 0 stars but 1 is the minimum.Hells pizza > Pizza Hut any dayNot ordering Pizza Hut again. I’ve given it too many chances and every time I am let down.

I ordered for delivery from here, my food never arrived so I went down, the staff were amazing, offered to remake my food for me as well as throw in an extra pizza to cover the cost of delivery and an extra side for having to wait so long. So 3 stars since my food never arrived, but other than that these guys are amazing
