it was nice especially after skiing. The spa could be 6 people together. Ice cream must be chosen if you don't drink beer.

Due to the popularity of this place, I was only able to book a slot at night, and I feared that it would be too dark. However, the soft lighting of the room and the full moon helped to tastefully illuminate the area where it provided a nice ambience and we could still enjoy the scenery.We booked the ultimate spa package which included a soak in the hot pool first before having a 2 hour massage and facial. Check in was seamless, the staff were professional, and the session came with an abundance of complimentary snacks and drinks.The staff clarified that the water used is heated chlorinated water and not actual hot spring water. The massage was a little softer than what I was used to, but it was relaxing to the point that I fell asleep.In all, it was a really nice experience and I enjoyed how the place exuded a very calming and soothing atmosphere.

Loved, loved, loved this experience. A little pricey but totally worth it. Try get a slot time around sunset if you can, then you’ll get beautiful views as the sun fades away. You get your own private room and get to pick a drink and snack. Atmosphere is so relaxing with the music and the lights. So luxurious

An absolutely incredible experience - must do in Queenstown. Tranquil setting overlooking the river. Easy to find and ample parking. My appointment was just as the sun had gone down. Stars were just spectacular, as were the facilities and service. Ensure you book well in advance.

We booked our experience several months in advance. By the time we arrived ( after many campsites, hikes etc ) we were ready! Upon arriving (early) we were greeted with smiles and happy faces! We checked in and the gals at the desk were informative and helped us with our easy sign in form and choosing our yummies. They took us to our soak room and WOW!! What an amazing experience. Private, spacious and the view was spectacular. We also had an hour couples massage and then facial. It was absolute heaven. The only downside was a small women’s locker area. But this was so minor! All the hype was worth it and happily spent the money. Go!

Nice relaxing hot pools no matter the time of day. Staff are so amazing and patient. Do suggest if you do decide to go its best to book in advance. Once arrive you check it at reception, select your snack and drink. Amazing views so private as you have your own private pool. We booked to Onsen Original Pool which has a retractable door that you can close if you want. 35 degree pools. Has a shower in your pool area and also changing rooms and toilets down the hall. Just soak in the view while soaking in the pool or enjoy watching the shotover jet zoom past. Highly recommend.

Most wonderful experience in Queenstown, you can not miss it! A world class experience. It is obvious why Onsen have won so many awards.Once you enter the facility its clean and a very calm environment. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a calm and ambient waiting area, and greeted by friendly front desk staff. All staff are extremely professional and add to the calming experience.The room itself has a shower and towels for after your onsen experience, so you only need to bring your swimmers. They provide a drink and snack on arrival too, and it come so quickly.I recommend booking in advance as this place is very popular and always booked up.For good photos go in the morning so you have good lighting. Night time experience are incredible and more relaxing.Highly recommend!!

My partner and I visited the Onsen Hot Pools last week and honestly, we had the BEST time! The staff were so friendly and professional and we felt really comfortable there. The location is in such a beautiful place and the views were stunning. We felt so relaxed after our experience and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Queenstown :) thank you so much to all the staff at Onsen - you guys are doing a great job and I can't wait to come back again sometime in the future!

The must go to place when you are looking for relaxing yourself after a tiring day or long trip. We are trying out the serenity soak with 1 hour treatment (30 minutes message and 30 minutes facial). The staffs there are very friendly, the hot pool has a nice temperature, the view is amazing, the treatment is fantastic. If you have more time, maybe consider taking the 2 hours treatment.
