Auckland Air Conditioning

Originally 5 star review, but then the unit stopped working and it took more than 6 weeks to get it fixed, very poor communication, not interested in after-sales service, made to wait at home for technician that didn't show up several times, and parts that never got ordered. Had to call Mitsubishi directly. I really hope you choose a different company, as these guys were just awful.

Auckland Air Conditioning installed a new air con unit for us as well as annual maintenance on our other units. Everything works perfectly. They were highly knowledgeable, tidy and did a great job in the installation. Vicky was also great in organising and extremely responsive to any questions I had. Thanks so much guys :) Would highly recommend!!

Been using Auckland Air Conditioning now for well over 12 years. Both from the original installation to all subsequent maintenance work and have NEVER had cause for complaint. I cannot speak highly enough of them from front of house staff to the technician that comes to the home.

From a company that used to be great with service and communication, it is such a shame to see it in a state of no customer focus or communication any longer, when the previous owner, owned the company I organised the purchase of many aircon units and continued to do a few less once he sold, I feel the service has now reached rock bottom with little follow up and what is followed up is haphazard at best.You are going to lose many clients if you don’t get your act together fast.I requested a service fault to be fixed for the forth time with the same problem on the unit since it was installed by your company, I have paid for the same fix each time and the problem continues, someone was supposed to visit last Thursday Feb 9 but was delayed and went home early.He was then coming Friday but I heard nothing so he was then booked for Tuesday Feb 14 and again no call and no show, it is now Friday Feb 17 and still no aircon fix or any contact from AK Air which is not satisfactory in any customers books, I should be charging you for all the time I waste waiting around for no one to turn up of even have the courtesy to call, it is not that hard but some find it so.All I want is my aircon fixed once and for all properly, PLEASE make a time and stick to it just for once or at least have the courtesy to let me know you are not coming.

Excellent customer service and all work completed has been (as far as I can tell) to an excellent standard. I have high standards which have been met, so would highly recommend Auckland Air Conditioning.

This company was easy to deal with, quick with great communication. We use again in future. They even installed our pump on the Saturday of Easter! Thanks

We picked Auckland Air Conditioning purely on its positive Google reviews because we needed a quick, professional solution to dealing with the heat build-up in our daughter’s bedroom. Do not pull out infront of drivers with your business name and everything on your vehicle. Extremely unprofessional. Be patient and wait for the gap, there was space behind us. Be courteous towards other drivers and consider that the road is a shared space (we pay taxes too).

Everyone was so lovely to work with and they were quick to respond to our request for air-con maintenance and installation. The crew were very friendly and quick with the installation and did such an amazing job!Would recommend Auckland Air Conditioning :)

We used Auckland Air Conditioning to decommission our unit prior to some renovations and then re-commission and service the unit. The service was prompt and professional. I appreciate the good service that I received from the admin team as well as the technician. They were very flexible with the timing to ensure I could keep the aircon right before we started the renovation and were able to promptly re-commission the unit after the renovation. The work was done to a high standard. I highly recommend this company.
