Great job, very knowledgeable staff. Went there to get my computer fixed and for potentially buying a new one, or new components. Ian was super friendly, exactly knew his staff and gave me very good adviser on upgrade/ replacement possibilities. While doing that here even managed to fix my computer in no time. Highly recommended, I was getting desperate after talking to 2 other shops before that seemed to know less about computers than I do. PC Force will be my go-to place going forward.

Amazing customer service. Ordered something but they just ran out of stock so they offered me to get it when it came back in stock in a month. However I just asked for a full refund and they did it for me instantly. Would recommend

Excellent Service. I already had an idea of the components I wanted to have built into a new pc, so I walked into the store and spoke to one of the guys working there and he gave me all the information I needed. After they accepted my payment, they completed the build in a very timely manner and I was able to pick it up the next day. Very impressed.

Ordered a monitor from PC Force. Service was excellent and fast, I received the monitor today (1 day after ordering). Super happy! The box didn't even have a dent on it. Also, great prices from them!

For those wondering about buying something or getting custom PC set up, you're looking at the right place. Ian and Yu is amazing and does look after their clients well. I had bought I7 8700K with 1080Ti back in July 2018 and my CPU liquid cooler leaked and damaged my graphics card. Ian and Yu have sorted out the warranty side cash settlement. Initially Deepcool company had offered $600 odd dollars for causing damage to my 1080Ti and with that money I could not get anything equivalent or similar graphics card. For replacement option they offered Refurbished 1080TI or 2070 Super. As I did not want refurbished item or 2070 Super as it's not TI version, I opted for cash settlement but it was a bit too low. Yu/Ian had gone back and got the deal up to $900 odd dollars and have decided to go with this cash settlement. Whole process did take a while (happened on 30/09/2019 and settled 22/11/2019) as damaged parts had to be sent to HQ in China, but outcome was great. Will be going into the store to get replacement cooler and add some money on top of it to get Ti version graphics card.Will def be going through PC Force for anything moving forward and highly recommend to anyone who wants to be treated like a customer!
