Blank Canvas Catering

We had Blank Canvas Catering at our wedding of 80 pers at the Black Walnut Venue and WOW - the food was incredible and all our guests kept raving about it! The day ran so smoothly, there was plenty of food and they catered for many different dietary requirements. They were professional and easy to communicate with in the planning stages and the food was so so delicious!

If you want to create a memorable experience for your guests, I highly recommend Blank Canvas. No detail is spared, the service is impeccable and the food is outstanding. Every morsel of food has an artistic touch, so it not only looks like a piece of art but also tastes delicious!

Blank canvas provided us with a buffet Lunch for 30 people at a corporate team building event. It was incredible, everyone was asking who the caterer was and commenting on how yummy the food was. The presentation was spectacular and the quality of the food was 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend and will be using again!

We had the Blank Canvas team cater our wedding, and it was exceptional. From the initial consultation and correspondence with Hayley through to specific meal requests and the service of the staff on the day, everything was perfect. Amazing food throughout the day and the cake was fantastic as well (particularly the carrot cake for me, which we couldn't believe was GF as well!).
