Friendly gym.. lovely staff who are so willing to help.. no sweaty equipment..and the bonus is that my back so much better since coming..no more aches and pains.. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get fitter

Absolute Fitness Studio 4 Women
I started with the 3 free sessions and haven't looked back. This is the first gym I have ever been to/ joined. The staff are genuine, friendly and helpful. The rest of the clients are wonderful, welcoming and supportive, can always find laugh and motivation. A great support network and place to work out. Highly recommend.

Love being able to come at anytime of the day and as the workout is quick it is easy to fit into your routine. Definitely see improvements with toning, weight loss, and fitness. Always feel great after a workout. Lovely bunch of ladies that make you feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Friendly, welcoming and non-judgmental. Variety of classes, also available online, and machines are hydraulic, so no messing around with weights.Tai chi classes great for balance.
