Nowhere to get out of the cold while waiting after isite closed also after hours toilet was locked up at 6pm

Used Intercity buses during Easter. Great trip to Hamilton. Bus was one of the older ones, I don't care, when you choose to go by public transport, you get what you get. The driver's are great,, telling jokes and giving as much details as possible about the area we are traveling through.
