We really enjoyed renting with Ryan. He was easy to deal with and always available if any issues or questions came up. A great, relaxed property manager who made our renting experience one of the best we’ve had!

DO NOT USE.- curtains did not close 6 inches from the bottom, so neighbours could see straight in- no toilet roll holders- falsely advertised wifiRyan also used misleading photos to show the room. So when looking back at photos to decide it was an ill representationWhen I complained about the wifi it took Ryan 2 weeks and multiple emails and messages to help me out. He fixed it with a new router and then asked for it back a week later.I found a new Tennant to take over the lease and he charged me $308 fee for him doing the paperwork. I will remove this review when this fee is removed.
