Took some leather work shoes in that I purchased there about 8 months earlier where the leather had started to rip away from the sole. The manager said unfortunately its wear and tear and that I must be rough with my shoes. He went out back and came back with a brand new pair of exact same shoes and gave them to me! No questions asked! Great service, I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Hannah's have been a family favourite for years.Friendly in store or on-line staff.Not buying on this occasion, however bought a great pair of patent leather shoes recently.

Had brilliant customer service from Glen when I bought some shoes. Went back a week later and saw the shoes were $80 cheaper than when I bought them so went back in and Hayley didn’t hesitate to give me the sale price. Amazing service here

Staff members aren't really interested in selling anything or actually doing their job. Woman sales assistant, bleach blonde, older woman with heavy eye makeup under her eyes stated you're righ' just looking"

My daughters school shoe had a broken strap. The individual that assisted personified customer service. He exchanged the shoes and was so pleasant. Many thanks!
