The new kitchen design for Queenstowns Joe's Garage is far too small for the menu.There is no prep designated area, causing chefs having to use buckets on the ground in dishwash station and boards on top to prep food. The head chef has resigned due to lack of space to run services. Not sure who was responsible for the final ok for size of kitchen and chiller space designated for this build.
