Didn't buy anything. Felt very unwanted the whole time I was there. Manager kept looking me up and down like I was a criminal or something. Can't attest to the quality of their products, but I can definitely say I won't be going back

Brought a item took it back as it wrong size Was told product was used and no refund given.or swaps . threatened police They made me feel unimportant and was talking to their customers as if nothing was wrong. The woman is very rude . Shouldn't be in business..

Was sold faulty scales (which they acknowledged) and they refused to refund them saying they don't do refunds even though there was a sign right behind her saying that they do....

Overpriced can buy online cheaper for same product confronted them and reasons from manager were we have rent to pay and online is different from in store.rather shop at wild secrets online and wait 2days for delivery and not pay double the amount

Sales give wrong information to a product and lie about it. When customer come back to exchange the wrong product they cheated about, They refuse to do anything, even the manager don't want to do anything about it.
