Best won ton soup I’ve ever had. So much flavour in prawn dumplings too.

Went for dinner on a quiet weeknight for a group dinner. Every dish was standout. Great spot for Chinese on the Shore.

Everything was fine today until when I went to pay for the meal. The person before us had a problem with her card and it took a while until she made her payment. I was waiting with my son and the white guy came after us with his bill. I went up to the boss lady to grab a takeaway box and wanted to pay when the lady before us was done. She said to me in Cantonese that if she could help the guy behind me first. I was a bit confused and said okay. But I thought that I needed to take grandma to the airport while she was grabbing my takeaway box. So I told her that I wanted to make the payment now when she handed over my takeaway box. But she insisted that she wanted to help the Pakeha guy first so I told her in Cantonese that I queued up before the guy, I didn’t jump the queue. And she said to the guy in English that “Can she pay first?” I didn’t turn around to look at the guy as I was putting my card in the eftpos. She asked the guy a couple of more times “Can she pay first?”while I was doing my pin. So I said to her in Chinese again that I came first and I didn’t jump the queue. And she said to me “Sometimes the Kiwi customers get angry with that.” I didn’t get upset and said anything in the restaurant as we were rushing to the airport.They get angry with what? Boss lady. They get angry when they don’t get the privilege to get served first??? You are not worried that I as a Chinese customer get angry when I didn’t get treated with respect and equality. What you did to me today was absolutely rude and ridiculous. I didn’t jump the queue and you acted like I was the wrong one and it actually was humiliating when you asked the guy if I could pay first and you made everyone in the restaurant think that I jumped the queue. I didn’t need his permission to make my payment first, neither did you. Please reflect what you did today and hopefully you figure something out.

Recommended yumcha place to visit both for lunch and dinner, amazing food and lovely customer service,Fresh Yumcha. Always the best choice to go with my family. I have been there sooo many times. Recommended dessert ,Durian puff soooo good!

Very bad taste and service. Food were over steamed that’s why the sumai and bao were way too soggy to pick up by chopsticks. Several of our order didn’t serve because they forgot. Very slow service and horrible taste.

If I could Give less I would - we arrived then no service just ignored for quite some time with only two tables with customers (they were NOT busy.....) thrown a menu, sat a a table and looked around - place was NOT clean and decor very tiedAfter waiting for around 15-20 for the to take our order we decided to leave. now after talking to others we will not try again& cannot recommend

We normally come here for Yum Char lunch but decided to give dinner a go. They offer some yum char options and have a dinner menu. The food is flavourful, and comes in big portions. The workers are friendly and can recommend great food options.

We often come for Yumchar and dinner, and they always so amazing for everything. The food was extraordinary delicious! Especially the taste of dim sum was so traditional Cantonese flavor! And my family always surprised about the portion of the dinner food, it is absolute worth the price! And all the service ladies are very friendly and nice, which make us always feel like we r in HongKong, as we haven’t back to HongKong for three years because of the disease. It is nice to have a great restaurant like this.

Poor service and the food wasn't good enough. Will never come!!!Sitting on the table for a long time, no waiter or waitress came to serve, the waiter and waitress are not busy, but in the side walk up and down, shaking to shake, really make people angry.And we have finished for the other food, the fried rice noodle still haven't serve.Ordered for fried rice noodles in black bean sauce, but come fried rice noodle in soy sauce.The rice roll with prawn was taste bad,all the food below the average level, terrible service, never come back again

My family have been coming here for years, lately I've been obsessed with dumplings as well as my toddler we love going here.. one thing to note it can get super busy on the weekends and people do have to wait. food wise thou I loveeee all their prawn dumplings
