Customer service rep Nidhi hard to deal with and ultimately he told me he was going to do something and didn't do it. I followed up, still didn't do it. Still waiting two months later, so that's called lying in my book. Use another firm.

Alarm N Z was the company that looked after the security system for the company I worked for. I was responsible for all on site security & they did an excellent job in the monitoring, guard dispatch for activations & the servicing of the system. I fully recommend their services.
