Lovely staff and best customer service around. The ladies were so helpful and knew their products. Never did they force me to purchase anything, but attended to my questions & pointed me towards the best products I was looking for. Ended up purchasing heapssss & loved the experience.

Always a treat to come to this store. Super helpful staff. Daughter got a 20% discount because it was her birthday month.After being so disappointed in the online store, it's a true treat to come into this store. We don't have a bodyshop close to where we life so we don't have a lot of opportunities to go to the real shop, FIX YOUR ONLINE SHOP!!

Staff members are knowledgeable and friendly; they are also happy to let you browse in peace. Their prices are a bit more expensive than their competitors though I guess that's the price for being a good company. Cheap and affordable parking are very hard to find, though Wilson parking is located behind the shop.

Very nice staffs. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The staffs have explained the products very well. There is a large range of products. Products are nice. Bit it is bit expensive. Also the staffs insist on the membership to get slight discount.

I was checking the hand cream tube for purchasing as a gift and the store lady thought I was testing it but I didn't. After yelling from afar that It is not Tester which I can see. She ran straight to us and snapped the tube out of my hand so aggressively, I didn't say anything and went on with my shopping since her reaction was unacceptable and lack of common sense.

I wanted to buy some creams but the older white lady at the store kept following us around didn’t us if we needed help but kept telling us we couldn’t touch stuff. We went to the store after 5pm on wed 30 November.

Love the middle aged lady with dark hair and her negative, rude attitude. As they don’t have testers out they said just ask and we have them in the drawer. Cool. So I asked for one and she reminded me that a ‘global pandemic’ is happening so that she couldn’t give me one, thanks Karen I didn’t know what was going on in the world I have been under a rock for 3 months. Doesn’t look like they would sell much with her arms crossed and sour face. What a shame.
