Sarah is an expert facilitator; she has a very keen sense of when to let conversation flow, and when to bring it back to the structure and drive toward outcomes. I also appreciated how she both challenged and supported participants to share, think deeply about the meaning of concepts, and define what was most important in our conversation so we could get consensus. As someone who has facilitated many trainings myself (specifically in process improvement), I learned a thing or two from Sarah, and would highly recommend her.

I had the pleasure of working through the Waka Leadership Development training course run by Sarah at Kakapo Consulting earlier this year. It's fair to say the course completely changed my leadership skillset for the better and I can hardly believe I had moved into a leadership role a few months ago without the skills I now have.
