Liquid Self Service Laundromats

I am Going more often to the silverdale liquid self service as it is winter.Noticed that the washing machine and dryer looked cleaned shop looked very clean .I washed brand new white winter winsette sheets to find out that thoese brand new queen size sheets after been washed and dryedhad like blues marks through thoese brand new sheets and after 3 x washes those blue stains still have not come outI find it strange that their is no top up machine in the shop to top your light blue plastic key to load on more money on to the key to keep using the washing machine'sor the dryersCrazy that you got to walk to a (agency) the local Dairy down the road to top up key or go around the back of the block of shops to thepet shopto have get your top up on your plastic blue keyIt works out Expensive if you got a lot to wash and dry

Economical.Easy to use.Couple of improvements:-would be good to have the ‘Key info’ in a prominent place. We had to actually look around the place to find the locations to buy.- would be good to have a daily clean of lint filter.. all the dryers had it so full.- Make the prices or type of machine more clearly.It would be good to have steps to use, at the entrance.

Went here after our washing machine broke down very easy and very convenient. Just make sure you choose the right size machine. I loaded my card with $8 and then loaded the powder and washing into a $10 machine. My fault it was clearly marked but I was rushing had to add another $2 to the card.

Have used this laundromat often over the past 18 months and it's always been spotless. However over the last few weeks the cleaning is appalling. Filters need empting, laundry powder spilt over machines, lost clothes on machines, and today the floor was an absolute mess from dirt, leaves, dust piles and other random pieces of rubbish. Plus the rubber seal had come off the dryer I was using. This shop needs urgent attention and hand sanitiser needs to be made available for customers. Plus the one person limit on entry in the shop is not visible.....there were 3 customers inside!!!

As usual people leave their washing in machines and return late and which I am reluctant to take out but I have learned to go later in the day which not many people are there so it works out okay so all is well.

Machines have no water and no answers the phone. So now my laundry is locked in the machines and I am out money. Never coming here again and advise to stay away at all cost.

The machine was broken. Took my money and 40 min of my time and nothing. It is also not a clean place. I had to use this place as I was late for a meeting but would never do it again.

Have read a bad review regarding animal hair in washers which nearly put me off going there. But after having a look and using the washers and dryer had no issues. It's a shame thoughtlessness of a few can spoil the reputation of services not at fault. But I do agree there should be separate machines reserved or labeled for animal laundry.
