Queued up with my float for a wof today - little bit of a wait but that was far outweighed by the great service, and the fact that every person I interacted with there was happy and helpful. Well done VTNZ Masterton - great team

Long wait and not exactly cheap, but they do a thorough job and the staff are really nice. I was there with 3 young kids and a staff member produces pens tht write on the windows. The kids had a ball and it made the wait a whole lot easier. If you are not sure your car will pass, this my not be the best option because the mechanics pick up on anything that's not right. Great from a safety point of view.

If i could i would give you no stars but i am absolutely digusted that i witnessed this. I Went in last Thursday for a service and witness a bigger build staff member RAT test her kid behind the counter! While the other lovely receptionist with brown hair did her best and had such a lovey, kind smile during this time! I was absolutely disgusted and appalled at the utter disregard for others health and welfare. Who brings a kid sick to work let alone with covid and infect hundreds of other people! I will not be returning and will be mentioning to everyone i know.

The staff were great but the waiting times were terrible. Something needs to be done. If you can't leave your vehicle there for the whole day, then go to your local garage for a WoF because waiting for hour after hour for something as routine as a WoF will do your head in.

To be frank the booking system for our motorhome at VTNZ used to be a nightmare but I was so impressed with the resent changes made. I had booked for a Saturday morning COF expecting to have to wait for an unspecified time only to find no que because VTNZ purposely differed trucks for later in the morning. That's what I call great service. Thanks VTNZ.
