Absolute A+ service right from the start when I walked into the shop and the woman at the counter served me and organized for Bill to come to us and do a quote. We are over renovating and didn't have much idea what to choose so through process of elimination we came to a decision, thanks to Bill.The quote was less then we thought it would be so we excepted it.In about a month Craig and his crew were at our house laying our carpet. They were amazing fast and cleaned up when finished.One day later Richard was in laying the lino he was fantastic and did a great job also cleaned up when finished.Thankyou to everyone involved we wouldn't hesitate to to use you again.

Shanley visited to give me some ideas and Cody has just done my job. So professional and easy to converse with. I would certainly have him back.

Total rip offs ,give you one overpriced quote then sting you for more $ down the track. Go somewhere else people !

I came in on Wednesday and just want to say A BIG THANK YOU to Katherine & Shanlee for helping me choose my product and giving me all the information on different types of flooring. These girls were wonderful to work with and very patient putting up with me changing my mind so much. I'm looking forward to my installation.Vinyl looks amazing and can't wait for my carpet!!

Booked appointment. Didn't show called was told no one available. Said we should of been contacted. Offered an appointment 8 days later but also informed work back load was 3 to 4 months. If we had been told that we would not have booked appointment.

Awesome customer service, if your needing any help with flooring, carpets or lino then definitely come here. They are great, even when asking for off cuts they still help you out. Pop in and have a look for yourself

Everyone says renovations can be stressful - maybe not at the start, but definitely closer to the finish line! ... and that's when the flooring needs to go down.Bill was really easy to deal with, offering suggestions to ensure the finish was exactly what we wanted.The flooring team were awesome too - thanks to Levi for the floor prep & for being so flexible to work around the other trades, Greg for his care & attention laying the vinyl tiles, & Tom & Cam for the brilliant carpet laying - these guys really know what they're doing & we're stoked with the outcome.We will definitely call on Van Dyks for any future projects, as this is the second time we've used them, & on both occasions found the team to be understanding & accommodating for our delays without any fuss with a stunning finish.Really happy with the results - thanks :)

Never call back. 05/11/2021. Richard has given me all hope and faith again in Van Dyks Flooring Xtra Pataruru again. He responded to my unhappy experience and made me a very happy client!!! Will 100% recommend them !!
