I bought a women's 7mm workhouse wetsuit back in September and I absolutely love it. By far the best wetsuit I've had and it fits snugly and keeps me nice and warm when I'm doing scuba diving. Today I went in as my suit had a small knick, and the two guys who helped me were great. One guy told me at the counter that the wait times for repairs could be up to 3 weeks, as they're backlogged with repairs currently which is understandable especially leading up to summertime. However, the younger blond haired guy asked the repair wetsuit lady if they could quickly repair my suit on the spot since it was such a small knick, and they did! It was fixed in under 10 minutes and I was very impressed by their customer service. I really appreciate that they managed to fix it for me on the same day, especially considering they have a lot of repairs going on currently, so a massive thanks to the Wettie team. I definitely recommend them.

I ordered some hiking pants online based on their sizing recommendation and they were much smaller than expected. I called and asked if they could be exchanged or returned and they have a strict no return policy even for a change in size. Bit disappointed.

Always 100% happily satisfied every time I visit. Everyone I have come across at the store has been helpful, patient and passionate about the sport. Even if you are a complete novice at spearfishing, the team is ready to help and always go above and beyond. Also great to see that its a NZ owned family business. In terms of quality, I have purchased a few things from here and have not had a problem!
