I wish we had never let our builder recommend Nanoosi. The kitchens we put into our flats, 4 of 5, have all turned from the original white to various amounts of yellow within the same kitchens. Our Property managers have indicated other clients have the same problem with 6 kitchens. Nanoosi hide behind a 1 year guarantee which they know full well is not Fit for Purpose" as expected by the Commerce Act. They threw my builder out when he asked them to honour NZ's expectation of good service and good faith. Don't deal with them."

Managed to get the parts for the range hood after a 7 week layover period (Mid Dec to Feb). Maybe it was bad time trying to contact them during this period as it was near end of Jan before I received a reply. I think if they were more prompt to let me know that their tech support guy would be away until Feb, then I would not have made this post. Their showroom could do with more staff, as when picking the parts up, I stood around for about 10 minutes before someone came out. Again perhaps it was bad timing.

Helpful, knowledgable staff. Great product, well made and finished better than NZ competitors. Wide range of units has enabled us to install a beautiful and very functional kitchen for a good price. Units went together well. Highly recommended.

So I had a broken oven door. The guys at Nanoosi we're great at getting a fix for this. Reasonable price. Less 1 Star for the overall quality of the complete oven (but it is a budget oven)

Good quality kitchen at a competitive price point. Nanoosi team were prompt in providing a quote and getting the kitchen/laundry install done. Installer/joiner Cestmir did an excellent job. Unfortunately kitchen only partially completed and had to wait 5-6 months for the last part of the kitchen to be installed. This was mainly due to covid-related shipment delays. No updates on progress unless asked, or urgency to get job completed. Needed to be chased up a few times to get the kitchen completed and lack of response to enquiries on occasions. Overall satisfied with the service

exposed edge on the waterfall, inside the draws have chips in the laminate exposing the mdf draws, they forgot soft closers, they tried to give me ali express draw hardware after i had already paid for blum and 2 of the doors have already fallen off.

My Nanoosi 60cm oven is 5 years old. Yesterday while grilling some Bacon the inner glass on the oven door exploded for no apparent reason. I approached Nanoosi Christchurch for assistance and was told it was out of warranty and i would have to pay $250 for a complete replacement oven door. The inner glass is only attached by 5 clips, so why can they not just replace the glass?
